The annual retreat of the Faculty of Biology provides a great opportunity for administrative staff, students, post docs, and faculty to come together both intellectually and socially. Throughout the poster sessions and oral presentations, attendees are able to intermingle with colleagues outside their labs who are working on a diverse array of research projects. The goals for our retreat are to exchange ideas and approaches, and to promote partnerships within and beyond the faculty community.

This year’s two-day retreat experience on February 21 & 22 will include 15 plenary session speakers, 6 “student marathon” talks, faculty mentoring tables, about 100 posters, and one Purim party with 20+ Lab (kids’ movies) themed costumes!
